In 2002, Alessandro and Pierluigi Roscioli transformed the family delicatessen into a gourmet shop with a kitchen, featuring a rich cellar with Italian and international wines and an offering focused on a careful search for tradition. Classic Roman dishes are paired with journeys outside the Capital, characterized by high-quality ingredients. In the shop, over 350 types of cheese, 150 varieties of cured meats, and 2,800 labels, along with a wide selection of pantry products not only from Italy.
